This is the barn that I grew up playing in. So many good memories tied up here. The barn is set to be torn down soon so this painting is my way of remembering what once was.
I was born in Medford, WI and grew up mostly in that beautiful state. When it came time for me to leave home I ended up moving out to California where I've been ever since. My love for painting was inspired and encouraged first by my cousin Todd. He got me started and I have slowly developed since then. I have no real formal art training - I have just picked up bits and pieces of technique along the way. The pieces you see posted on this site are my more successful undertakings.
